The U.K. government is set to announce plans to test electric scooters and electric cars in major cities. The long term plan is to encourage their use across the country. We usually feature vehicles only. But I wanted to show you this. It's only a concept vehicle at the moment. It's called the Peugeot HYmotion and it's powered by a combination of a 125cc engine and an electric motor. I really like the design. I guess it's a trike, with two wheels at the front. You know something's going mainstream when the emergency services get onboard. In Scotland, the Strathclyde Police Force have been tesing the Vectrix electric scooter in its duties around Glasgow airport. They were so impressed that they've approved them and ordered another.
